In 2020, with just 10 team members working in Athens and Santorini, we successfully expanded by opening our third office in Paros.

- 3 minutes from Naousa Marina via the Provincial Road Naousa
- 30 minutes from Paros National Airport via the Provincial Road Parikia-Naousa
- 18 minutes from the Port of Parikia via the Provincial Road Parikia-Naousa
The establishment of our Paros office aligns with MORPHÓ’s new strategy. Important projects of MORPHÓ in Paros
Our first significant project in Paros, which was pivotal for our subsequent growth, involved the renovation study for upgrading the “Parian Boutique Hotel” to a high-standard luxury boutique hotel. Since then, we have continued to work on several additional projects with the same hotelier.
In 2020 and 2021, we prepared all necessary technical documentation for inclusion under the Development Law, a fundamental government program, for the establishment of a new 3-star hotel in Naousa and a new 4-star hotel in Dryos, Paros. Both projects were successfully included into the program, marking a significant achievement for our company.
The office in Paros handles local projects while also providing technical support to all of our locations, playing a key role in the overall growth of MORPHÓ. In 2023, we undertook also the exclusive responsibility for expanding a 4-star hotel and reinforcing an existing building in Naousa.
