Final Studies for the Issuance of a Building Permit At this stage, relevant approvals are obtained from the appropriate authorities, and the remaining final studies are conducted to secure the official permit required for starting construction. A complete file is submitted to the relevant building authority and other services (such as the architectural review board, archaeological authorities, etc.), containing all the necessary studies to complete the application, such as:
