ΜORPHÓ was commissioned with the architectural design and development study for a three-star (3*) hotel unit, featuring a swimming pool, underground spaces, and a total capacity of 19 rooms / 30 beds, on a plot of 987.00 sq.m., located within the traditional settlement of Naoussa, Paros.
The project is set within a semi-flat coastal landscape, just 350 meters from the sea and 1 kilometer from the village center, with direct access via a municipal road (8.00 m wide), as defined by the approved urban planning framework.
A defining feature of the plot is its significant elevation variation, which was strategically utilized in the design to ensure unobstructed views from all levels of the complex, enhancing the overall hospitality experience and highlighting the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
