In the heart of Santorini, in the traditional village of Pyrgos, MORPHÓ is delivering a demanding and emblematic tourism infrastructure project: the construction of a luxury 4-star hotel and a complex of 8 private residences.
With a total budget exceeding €3 million, the project is being implemented through MORPHÓ’s strategic All Inclusive Construction approach, which ensures end-to-end project management — from initial design to final delivery.
The development includes 14 apartments with a total capacity of 39 beds, alongside 8 private residences, offering a wide range of high-end accommodation options. It is complemented by 11 private pools and 11 outdoor jacuzzis, enhancing the project’s luxurious character. A key highlight is the state-of-the-art restaurant boasting breathtaking views of Santorini’s world-renowned Caldera sunset.
MORPHÓ’s Architectural Department maximized its capabilities to enable the Construction Division to successfully deliver this complex structure on time and within budget. Advanced tools, such as 3D scanning technology, were utilized throughout the concrete works as part of the Execution Study. With daily supervision by a dedicated team of engineers and the support of cutting-edge technology, the construction of a highly demanding formwork system was completed — characterized by significant elevation differences and numerous non-standard column and beam cross-sections.
This project serves as a flagship example of MORPHÓ’s All Inclusive Construction philosophy, which offers:
- Fixed cost, with no unexpected deviations
- Predefined delivery timeline
- Single point of responsibility, with MORPHÓ managing all stages
- Comprehensive coordination of contractors and suppliers
- Full documentation and delivery of an as-built file upon completion
With a strong focus on quality, precision, and reliability, MORPHÓ continues to raise the bar in tourism development across the Cyclades.
