2018 was a pivotal year for us, as we expanded our team to meet the demands of tourism projects across the Cyclades. Our investors placed their trust in MORPHÓ for the execution of their projects, leading to the establishment of our office in Santorini.

Located in Mesaria, a picturesque village just 3.5 kilometers from Fira, our Santorini office is strategically positioned. The village has seen significant growth in tourism in recent years. The office is conveniently accessible via:

  • 7 minutes from Santorini National Airport via the Provincial Road Mesaria-Ancient Thira

  • 9 minutes from Fira via the Provincial Road Fira-Perissa

  • 14 minutes from the Port of Santorini via the Provincial Road Athinios Port

The choice of this location was made to ensure easy access not only for the island’s residents but also for investors from other islands such as Folegandros, Ios, Anafi, Astypalea, Amorgos, and others. These islands are increasingly important for tourism development and promoting of Greece as a premier travel destination.

Our Santorini office operates year-round and is staffed by a team of at least three civil engineers. It is well-equipped to support the growing tourism development in the Cyclades, which enhances our ability to meet client needs effectively. We handle the complete construction and renovation of hotels and tourist accommodations throughout Greece, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Important Projects of MORPHÓ in Santorini

In 2019, our Santorini office took on the exclusive responsibility for completing the new tourist accommodation, “IMERA VISTA SUITES,” located in Imerovigli. The interior and exterior design plans were developed by our Athens-based design team and were finalized within four months.

Collaborating closely with the investor, we established the brand identity and crafted a hotel concept that aligns with contemporary design aesthetics and standards. The construction took three years to complete, with the area’s challenging topography and weather conditions presenting significant obstacles. Despite these challenges, we successfully delivered the project with precision and adhered to the budget.

In 2023, our Santorini office embarked on a major project with the exclusive construction of a luxurious 4-star hotel in Pyrgos Kallistis, Santorini. Valued at over €3 million, this high-profile investment is anticipated to become a landmark on the island. With daily oversight by a dedicated team of MORPHÓ engineers, the structural framework was completed in May 2024. The hotel is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, ready to offer a premier experience to international guests.
