Purpose and legal basis for processing

The purpose of collecting and processing data is to send MORPHO’s e-Newsletter and updates regarding project financing opportunities, new construction techniques and exterior and interior design solutions.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain your personal data for as long as you remain on our mailing list and delete it if you withdraw your consent.

To whom is your data disclosed?

As a general rule, MORPHO does not disclose or transfer data to third parties, except in cases where we are legally required to disclose your data (for example, in compliance with a court order or when we cooperate with supervisory authorities in the processing of complaints or audits).

Access to your data collected through Cookie Consent may be granted to Alphabet Inc, a Google Ads partner, and Meta Platforms Inc for personalized advertising (Remarketing) purposes, acting as data processors on our behalf.
